Nowadays, it is rare to find large chicken bun which is full of gravy and abundant stuffing, however, Lin Heung Tea House still provide this delicacy. The ingredients are mostly chicken meat, mushroom and salted egg yolk. A sweet smell will spread around when you cut through the surface of bun. Its skin is floppy, ingredients are tasty and soft. However, the buns have a limited sale so you have to be there early if you want to experience that unforgettable relish.
